Refund & cancellation policy
In short
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is never held by me.

Monthly retainers
You can cancel with written notice before the next billing date; the current paid month is completed and not refunded. Any minimum term stated in your proposal applies.
Quarterly plans
Quarterly plans are discounted in exchange for the commitment. If cancelled early, the unused months are refunded minus the difference between the quarterly and monthly price for the months used.
One-time projects
Project deposits cover planning and reserved time and are non-refundable once work starts. If a project is cancelled midway, you pay for work completed to that point.
Courses
Courses are currently waitlist-only and no payment is taken. Refund terms for paid enrolment will be published here before enrolment opens.
Ad spend
Ad spend is billed by Meta, Google or other platforms directly to you, so any platform credits or disputes are handled with the platform.

Email shantanutyagi555@gmail.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
