Terms of Service
In short
These terms cover use of this website and the general basis on which I provide freelance services. A signed proposal or agreement for your project takes priority over these general terms.

Using this website
Content on this site is for general information. You may share links to it but may not copy it wholesale without permission.
Engagements
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal listing scope, deliverables, fees and term. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in the proposal and shown plus GST where applicable. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Late payment may pause work.
Ad spend and accounts
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is separate from my fee. Ad, analytics and tag accounts remain owned by you.
Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside my control, including your offer, pricing, market and sales follow-up. I do not guarantee specific revenue, leads or rankings.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. I may reuse general methods, templates and know-how, and may mention the engagement in my portfolio only with your permission.
Confidentiality
I keep your business data confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work.
Liability
My total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement in the previous three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction.
